Job Description

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

  • Typing, preparing and collating reports filing

  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients

  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

  • Logging or processing bills or expenses

  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

    Qualification

  • HND, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field

    Skills:

  • Clear Communication

  • MS Word

  • Technological Competence

  • Sense of Professionalism

  • Organization Skills

  • Problem Solving

  • Planning Abilities

  • Proactive Approach

  • Sense of Discretion

  • Time management

    Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in relevant field
