Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation across hot, cold, grill, and side sections.

  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.

  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

  • Maintain mise en place and ensure timely preparation of dishes.

  • Contribute to creative plating and presentation.

  • Participate in menu development and recipe testing.

  • Uphold kitchen discipline and teamwork.

    Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field.

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an added advantage.

  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation.
