The Social Health Authority (SHA) Administration Officer Jobs in Kenya;Provide support services in transport logistics, office management, outsourced services, asset inventory, and other related support services to the organization.

Requirements for Appointment

  • Cumulative service period of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in the grade of Administration Officer II or in a comparable position in the public or private sector.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public/Business Administration, Office Management, Social Science, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

  • Proficiency in computer applications.

  • Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Identify proper office accommodation for staff within the Authority.

  • Monitor the movement of equipment.

  • Ensure office machines are serviceable.

  • Implement renewal of insurance policies, visas, and transport licensing board certificates.

  • Ensure maintenance of the Authority’s assets and sign vehicle work tickets.

  • Supervise administration staff including drivers and office assistants.

  • Ensure maintenance of office equipment and machines.

  • Monitor the location and movement of equipment.

  • Maintain records of the Authority’s assets.

  • Ensure daily and weekly cleaning services at the Authority.
