The role oversees procurement planning, sourcing, supplier and contract management, inventory management, cost optimisation, and supply chain risk management to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

The position ensures value for money, compliance with policies and Code of Ethics, and adherence to fairness, transparency, efficiency, and accountability. It drives continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building, while being accountable for measurable savings and responsive procurement services aligned with the COO’s objectives.
