Job Description

The Director of Finance, Procurement, Property and General Services team ensures the smooth running of operations of the commission internally and externally.

The Director have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the commission’s budgets
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Prepare a procurement work plan and regularly assess implementation
  • Prepare the internal operation team’s and this role’s work plan and regularly assess the implementation
  • Perform financial management on daily transactions, monthly and annual financial reports and audits
  • Manage the coordination of all elements of procurement to ensure effective and efficient provision of resources
  • Undertake quality control on deliverables of the team by placing tools and systems of monitoring
  • Provide the overall intellectual leadership, guidance, coaching and supervision for the team
  • Overview the team resources and build, develop and scale the team accordingly
  • Provide insightful and impact-oriented advice regarding operation to the Commissioner
  • Report to the internal operations the commissioner on undertakings, regularly or/and upon request
  • Undertake all other relevant activities assigned by the internal
    operation Director and/or the Commissioner

    Job Requirements

    Education and Experience

  • MA/BA in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Financial Management, or Related fields, GPA for Male 3.00 and Female 2:8 and above
  • A minimum of 9/7 years of work experience in related field
