The Coca-Cola Company Fleet Artisan Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking a Fleet Artisan to maintain, diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical components in company vehicles. The postholder will use advanced diagnostic tools, ensure optimal fleet performance and provide technical support to the transport team.

Responsibilities

Diagnostics & Repairs

  • Identify, troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, electronic and mechanical faults.

  • Use advanced diagnostic equipment, scanners and electrical testing tools.

  • Test drive vehicles to identify issues.

    Technical Expertise

  • Apply strong understanding of automotive electrical and electronic systems.

  • Handle Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Scania, Mercedes Actros and trailers.

    Customer & Team Support

  • Discuss vehicle issues and solutions with clients.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve fleet reliability.

    Requirements

    Education

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive).

    Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in fleet maintenance workshop.

  • Experience with Mercedes Actros and Scania an advantage.

    Skills

  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

  • Mastery of diagnostic equipment and software.

  • Strong communication and customer feedback skills.

  • Ability to analyze, test and solve complex problems
