What You’ll Do for Us
Decide where to invest resources by working with all functions to align capital and operating spend with strategic priorities and value creation objectives.
Assess and track returns on investment (ROI and ROIC), reallocating resources toward initiatives with highest impact and course‑correcting underperforming investments.
Connect across functions to enable a dynamic, forward‑looking view of business needs and resource availability, supporting agile decision‑making.
Lead a robust resource governance model with Senior Management, ensuring clear decision rights, transparency, and accountability.
Embed a strong financial and value‑creation culture, educating teams on financial discipline, capital efficiency, and ROIC‑driven decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with Africa OU requirements, aligning processes with regional policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
Partner with the Finance Hub to ensure corporate systems and tools are deployed, adopted, and leveraged across Africa OU.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Strategy & Insights, or Performance Management.
Demonstrated ability to execute complex initiatives end‑to‑end with high‑quality delivery.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to prepare clear, structured materials and work effectively across functions.
Solid project management capabilities with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Proven experience in data digitalization, automation, and performance reporting with focus on data
quality and usability.
Good understanding of System economics, including financial interactions with bottlers and key partners.
What We’ll Do for You
Provide regular exposure to leadership teams within the Operating Unit and interaction with Corporate.
Offer opportunity to build strong understanding of the business within an AOU covering 54 markets.
Enable broad, cross‑functional perspective with hands‑on interaction across business areas and collaboration with bottlers and partners.
Strengthen understanding of financial impact of business decisions through involvement in planning, performance reviews, and projects.
Provide opportunity to contribute meaningfully to digitalization efforts, supporting improvements in data, analytics, and performance management processes.
