The Coca-Cola Company Controller Stock Jobs in Kenya


The Coca-Cola Company Controller Stock Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking a Controller Stock to manage and control all movement of stock through the warehouse. The postholder will monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, support production schedules, prevent losses and provide accurate reporting to management.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and finished products.

  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.

    Stock Movement Tracking

  • Record all stock movements including receipts, dispatches and transfers.

  • Ensure accurate documentation in the inventory management system.

    Production Support

  • Coordinate with production team to ensure timely availability of materials.

  • Adjust stock levels based on production schedules.

    Loss Prevention

  • Identify and report discrepancies in stock levels.

  • Implement measures to prevent stock loss and damage.

    Reporting

  • Prepare and submit regular inventory reports.

  • Provide insights on stock trends, shortages and surpluses.

    Requirements

    Education

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.

    Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in inventory or stock control.

  • Experience in production or bottling environment preferred.

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.

    Skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock monitoring.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Analytical ability to identify trends and generate insights.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with inventory management software and MS Office (Excel).
