Key Responsibilities

  • Assess current and new staff performance: You will monitor and evaluate the performance of both current and new employees, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement where necessary.

  • Talent recruitment: You will assist in the recruitment process by identifying and evaluating potential candidates for various positions within the company.

  • You will contribute to the creation of onboarding materials that will help new team members quickly and effectively acclimate to their roles and the company culture.

  • Orientation of new team members: You will lead the orientation process for new hires, providing them with a comprehensive introduction to their role, company policies, and the company culture.

  • Assess current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and streamlining.

  • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the solutions implemented.

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and individual coaching sessions to ensure employees understand and can effectively utilize new processes and systems.

  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.

  • Be up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, bringing new ideas
    and approaches to the team.
