Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

  • For Housekeeping positions, a minimum KCSE Certificate is required. Training in Hospitality or Housekeeping will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
