The Building Company Merchandiser - BUCO Kimberley Jobs in South Africa



Description

  • Manage customer base and provide quality service.

  • Achieve sales and gross profit targets.

  • Handle administration and reporting tasks.

  • Merchandise stock and ensure correct placement.

  • Follow up on quotes and return stock not removed from location.

  • Ensure stock is displayed correctly and report damaged items.

  • Receive and check stock, report depletion or removal.

  • Support product promotions and aid customers.

  • Maintain equipment and uphold company values and culture.

    Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification (Mandatory).

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position.

  • At least 1 year’s shelf packing/merchandising experience.

  • Knowledge of general building material environment (Mandatory).

  • Proven success in personal selling, achieving sales targets, and finding new business.

  • Ability to manage and coordinate regular stock takes.

  • Strong customer interaction skills.
