Description

Increase customer base by conducting cold calls to new/potential customers.

Represent the store positively in the marketplace.

Conduct structured calls to existing customers.

Attain monthly sales budgets.

Follow up on orders and quotations to prevent delays.

Resolve customer queries and goods issues.

Manage sales and administrative functions.

Responsible for external sales function and customer satisfaction.

Offer advice and/or alternatives to customers.

Uphold and promote the company values and culture.

Co‑ordinate events.

Liaise with event organisers.

Ensure events run smoothly from beginning to end.

Requirements

Grade 12.

Minimum of 5 years’ selling experience.

Basic computer skills.

Valid driver’s licence.
