The General Assistant will; provide operational support across yard, vehicle, and customer service functions. The role involves assisting with loading and offloading, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient service delivery to customers and suppliers.

Description

  • Provide customers with orders and assist with loading/offloading of vehicles.

  • Pack yard stock items and maintain organized storage.

  • Clean and safeguard vehicles.

  • Support customers and suppliers with general assistance.

  • Complete wash bay activities and maintain cleanliness standards.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company values and culture.

    Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification (Mandatory).

  • Product knowledge and understanding of yard operations.
