Job Description

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.

  • You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

    Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients

  • Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales

  • Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods

  • Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales

  • Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals

  • Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services,
    and innovating new ways to serve businesses

  • Develop entry level staff into valuable
    salespeople

  • Performs other special assignments that may be given from time to time by immediate supervisor

    Working condition

  • Work is undertaken under normal office environment

    Job Requirements

    Education

  • A minimum of BA Degree in marketing, business or a related field of study from a recognized college/University.

    Experience

  • About 5 years of experience in business development required.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely

  • Expert understanding of service and product, and ability to innovate new ways the product can serve customers

  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities

  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative

  • Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments

  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to prepare high quality written reports, business development, action plans correspondence and other documentation as required
