Tezza Business Solutions Ltd UAT Coordinator – Core Banking Jobs in Kenya; Responsible for managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for core banking implementations or upgrades (T24 / Temenos). Ensures business users validate system functionality against real banking scenarios and regulatory requirements before go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage UAT strategy and execution timelines.

  • Coordinate UAT activities across business units.

  • Translate business requirements into UAT scenarios.

  • Ensure availability of UAT environments and test data.

  • Facilitate UAT sessions and defect triage.

  • Track execution progress and provide reports.

  • Manage UAT defect lifecycle.

  • Ensure regulatory scenarios are tested.

  • Coordinate business sign‑off.

  • Support training and change management.

    Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.

  • 4–7 years’ experience in UAT coordination within banking projects.

  • Hands‑on experience with T24 / Temenos.

  • Strong understanding of banking operations.

  • Familiarity with SDLC and testing lifecycle.

  • Experience with tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
