Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Visual Systems

  • Design logos, brand identity systems, and style guides.

  • Develop corporate identity kits including stationery, social media banners, and collateral.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.

    Digital Design & UI Support

  • Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, and mobile apps.

  • Support UI/UX workflows by preparing icons, illustrations, and design elements for Figma prototypes.

  • Collaborate with developers to optimize creative assets for digital platforms.

    Marketing & Campaign Creatives

  • Design marketing assets including banners, flyers, social media creatives, email templates, and ads.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts.

  • Adapt designs across formats while maintaining quality and brand alignment.

    Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing and skill development.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related discipline.

  • 2–4 years’ professional graphic design experience (agency/consulting preferred).

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, digital design, and marketing collateral.

  • Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

  • Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and asset preparation for web/mobile.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion
    graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for developer handoff.

  • Experience with QSR, hospitality, fintech, or technology brands.
