Tezza Business Solutions Ltd Business Analyst - Entry Level Jobs in Kenya;Support technology and business transformation projects within a banking environment. Work closely with business users, project teams, developers, testers and stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, support solution design and assist with implementation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting business/system requirements.
Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops and meetings.
Document business processes, workflows, user and functional requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases and process flows.
Analyse existing processes to identify gaps and improvements.
Translate business requirements into system requirements.
Support projects involving core banking, digital channels, payments, integrations, data, reporting and automation.
Assist in analysing system changes and enhancements.
Work with QA/Test teams to ensure requirements coverage.
Participate in UAT and support defect resolution.
Maintain requirements traceability and documentation.
Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers and status updates.
Conduct basic data analysis to support decisions.
Assist with impact analysis of proposed changes.
Support project teams during implementation and post‑deployment.

Core banking systems upgrades/enhancements.
Digital/mobile banking and internet banking platforms.
Payments and financial transactions.
System integrations and APIs.
Data migration/validation.
Reporting and business intelligence.
Process automation.
Customer onboarding and digital journeys.
Loan/lending systems.
Reconciliation and transaction processing.
Regulatory/compliance technology initiatives.
Infrastructure and technology transformation projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
0–2
years’ experience in BA/IT/project support.
Fresh graduates with projects/internships considered.
Basic understanding of SDLC and business process analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desired Technical / Professional Skills
Ability to create process flows/workflow diagrams.
Understanding of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases.
Basic SQL/database knowledge (advantage).
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io (advantage).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (advantage).
Exposure to banking/financial services systems (advantage).
