Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum to ensure high‑quality education standards.
Participate in financial aspects related to academic programs, including budget planning and resource allocation.
Attend and actively participate in scheduled and unscheduled college meetings.
Serve as a member of the college committee, contributing to decision‑making and policy development.
Ensure all teaching staff are properly oriented and have signed their job descriptions.
Participate in the interview committee for potential students, contributing to the selection process.
Represent the college before regulatory bodies when required, ensuring compliance and advocating for institutional interests.
Carry out responsibilities according to established timelines and schedules.
Support and maintain the spiritual growth of students through appropriate programs and activities.
Participate in student discipline processes, fostering a positive learning environment.
Ensure accurate and secure maintenance of student records and academic documentation.
Maintain continuous professional development to stay updated with current educational trends.
Conduct classroom instruction and evaluation, ensuring effective teaching methods and student learning outcomes.
Maintain standards for examination settings and oversee exam administration and certification processes.
Chair or participate in curriculum committees to review and enhance educational programs; serve as secretary of Academic Committee when appointed.
Administer and enforce school policies related to academics and assessment integrity.
Assess students in clinical settings to evaluate practical
knowledge and skills.
Prepare and present qualified students to regulatory bodies for licensure examinations.
Plan and oversee college final examinations, ensuring fairness and integrity.
Assist in invigilation of national examinations as required by regulatory bodies.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a cohesive organizational culture.
Supervise day‑to‑day operations, staff performance, and development in the Department.
Facilitate implementation of corporate initiatives in the Department (Audit, Integrity, QMS, Risk Management).
Develop and manage the Departmental work plan and budget.
