Tenwek Hospital Coordinator General Nursing Jobs in Kenya



Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all student activities within the department to ensure a comprehensive educational experience.

  • Teach assigned subjects according to the curriculum, ensuring instructional materials meet academic standards.

  • Prepare exams and marking schemes for topics taught and submit to the Department Chair for approval.

  • Supervise and coordinate student activities in clinical areas, ensuring practical experience and competencies.

  • Provide supervision and guidance to clinical instructors to maintain high standards of training.

  • Evaluate students after each block or trimester using the Behavioural Theoretical Assessment Form.

  • Assess students in clinical placements according to regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality training.

  • Ensure students in wards complete all assigned criteria during placements.

  • Assist students with research projects, providing mentorship and support.

  • Act as Class Advisor when assigned, offering guidance and support to students.

  • Participate actively in the spiritual growth of students, fostering holistic development.

  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
