Responsibilities
  • Financial analysis of potential clients or customers conduct market research
  • Feedback on customer needs and the effectiveness of marketing plans and techniques should be provided to senior management, marketing, and product management.
  • Providing management with weekly and monthly reports
  • Ensure that proper KYC is performed on customers.
  • Monitoring the loan portfolio and ensuring repayment.
  • Carry out the entire operation, from loan approval to legal to disbursement.
  • Keep track of client relations and payment schedules.
  • Partner with potential institutions to better serve our client's needs and gain business.
  • Recognize the client's needs and create communication for them.
  • Design products that meet market and client requirements under the supervision and coordination of the Head - SME.
  • Conduct competitor research and product benchmarking.
  • Through client servicing, you can maintain and manage cordial relationships with stakeholders.
  • Recommending Cases that will be evaluated
  • New Product Design Suggestions
  • Recommending Institutional Collaborations
  • Financial analysis of prospective firms/customers
  • Market research initiatives
  • Give feedback to upper management

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university with at least a second-class lower (2:2) degree.
  • Must have 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • It is essential to have an in-depth understanding of the Banking sector.
  • Previous experience in a Microfinance, Commercial Bank, or financial institution of repute is required.

    Requirements:
  • Ability to interpret complicated statistical financial informationand a high level of numeracy is needed.
  • Good leadership qualities with a proactive, results-oriented, and optimistic "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent managerial, business development, analytical,
    and research skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in writing and orally
  • Must be well-versed in results-based management techniques
  • Outstanding computer abilities, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and practical
    knowledge of banking applications.
  • Possibility of using a flexible schedule
  • The ideal candidate must be a self-driven individual with exceptional leadership skills and a strong passion for the Banking industry, willing to begin a lucrative career withone of Nigeria's Banking giants.
