Key Responsibilities

Recruit and retain SACCO members to support membership growth.

Mobilize savings and deposits from members.

Generate quality loan business in line with SACCO targets.

Monitor, evaluate, and report performance against set objectives.

Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in sales, marketing, banking, or SACCO operations will be an added advantage.

Candidates must currently reside within the region for which they are applying.
