Teleperformance Kenya Project Coordinator Jobs in Kenya; The Project Coordinator is accountable for the full life cycle and end‑to‑end delivery of multiple operational, business, IT, and telephony projects. The role requires effective management of multi‑disciplined project teams, use of planning tools including MS Project and Timeline, and delivery of quality solutions at pace in a pressurised environment.

  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Be organized and able to manage several projects simultaneously.

  • Work remotely with colleagues, clients, and external suppliers with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Work autonomously, seeking permission to proceed as required from stakeholders.

  • Confidently manage changing requirements, conduct rapid impact analysis, and make recommendations.

  • Apply Prince2 methodology (Planning, Governance, Reporting) and Agile delivery experience.

  • Manage risks and issues effectively with strong reporting.

  • Demonstrate strong IT skills, including MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Planner.

  • Adapt to processes and systems with fluency.


    Requirements

  • Degree level education or equivalent.

  • Experience of sole responsibility for end‑to‑end project delivery within a Contact Centre or similar environment.

  • Experience in external customer‑facing projects.

  • Outstanding stakeholder relationship skills (internal and external).

  • Proven delivery of cross‑functional projects, ideally including initiatives over £1m.

  • Experience in operational improvement, IT application development and deployment, and telephony projects.

  • Current Prince2 Practitioner qualification (Agile qualification preferred).
