Job DescriptionTAF Oil P.L.C would like to invite qualified and experienced Candidates for the following position, TAF, a very fast growing; multi-business oriented and client-focused Company is looking for an energetic Telecom Coordinator and Operation Manager.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as a key member advising company leadership team responsible for marketing, sales, and customer service processes of the Company Telecom Business.
Plan, develop and implement strategy for marketing of Ethio Telecom Products and retail chain expansion in a very strategic way as per the contract agreement between TAF Oil Plc. and Ethio Telecom.
Responsible for the overall core operation of the telecom business.
Managing regional branches and different outlets.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the marketing of Ethio Telecom products and services to the right market whether B2C or B2B.
Demonstrate technical marketing skills and Telecom product knowledge to make them easily understandable by the sub- distributors and retails of Telecom Products.
Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual marketing plan.
This should detail the period activity to meet agreed target imposed by Ethio Telecom.
Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future expansion.
Develop and implement a country wide plan to increase the monthly target sales, working with regional and branch offices for its execution.
Analyze potential strategic partner relationship for Telecom lines.
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problem creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Ensure that installation of new technologies as per the requirement of Ethio Telecom and the company.
Develop policies, procedures and directives for sub-distributors & retailers.
Ensure that all procedures related to distribution of Telecom products are followed as per company’s policies and procedures
in a cost efficient manner.
Manage the supply and distribution of Telecom Products effectively and efficiently.
Supervise the distribution and storage of Telecom products as per mandatory safety and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage the marketing, supply and distribution of Telecom products along the chain of the telecom division.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Support regional offices to meet minimum sales requirement of Ethio Telecom.
Job Requirements
Required qualification
MA/ BA Degree in marketing management, business administration or other related fields
Relevant experience
4 Years for MA 6 years and above for BA Progressive experience in related tasks, 2 years specific managerial experience related commercial tasks
Required skills and knowledge
A creative mindset with an ability to suggest improvements
Strong leadership and decision making skills
Strong skills and confidence to lead and motivate a team
Strong ability to manage own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
