Telamo Properties Technical Services Manager Jobs in Nigeria;As Telamo Properties continues to grow, the Technical Services Manager will oversee property inspections, refurbishment projects and maintenance standards across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect properties before acquisition.

  • Evaluate and validate repair and refurbishment costs.

  • Supervise contractors and monitor project execution.

  • Ensure properties meet handover standards.

  • Maintain quality and maintenance standards after occupancy.

    Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in building, facilities or property maintenance.

  • HND or BSc in Building, Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.

  • Strong experience in costing repair and refurbishment works.

  • Ability to conduct multiple site inspections across Lagos.

  • Skilled in preparing condition reports, photo documentation and cost schedules.

  • Professional registration with COREN, NIOB or NIQS is an added advantage.
