Job DescriptionHandle all activities of cash and issues proper cash receipts vouchers;
Deposit daily collections received to the bank and files bank deposit slips.
Prepare deposit details, summary and reports;
Follows-up customer records and prepares statements of accounts monthly for customers.
Handle all correspondence regarding outstanding balances of customers. Contact customers concerning unsettled amounts;
Collect outstanding payments regularly and report weekly; advise Managing Director of any irregularities in payment and take appropriate actions;
Handles petty-cash payments and prepares petty-cash payment reports and request forms;
Prepares monthly payroll sheets including pay slip and pay advice for staffs and distribute net payroll cash and collects receipts of payment;
Perform regular bank reconciliation by reconciling ledger balance with bank statements;
Make income tax and sales tax and withholding tax payment to the concerned government office;
Make payment of utilities to the concerned government office;
Help finance head in preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements of all bank transactions;
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports on sales and expenses to the Managing Director;
Maintains fixed asset register; takes inventory of fixed asset items as required and prepares fixed asset schedule;
Help get the accounts audited, pay relevant taxes to the Inland Revenue authority and renew the company's license;
Performs other functions, which may be required to improve the control and the reporting of financial activities;
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Arts in Finance and accounting,
Experience of 2 years and above
IFRS certificate
Good knowledge of MS office, MS Excel and Peachtree
