Tatu City Limited Property Executive - Tele-Calling Jobs in Kenya;RenCenter is seeking an energetic, target‑driven Property Executive to join the outbound tele‑calling team at Tatu City. As the first voice prospective customers hear, you will spark interest in Tatu City and convert that interest into booked site visits. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume calling role requiring clear communication, persistence, and accurate follow‑through.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to Tatu City offerings

  • Follow up via WhatsApp when calls go unanswered, then re‑engage by phone

  • Qualify leads and secure commitments for site visits

  • Log call outcomes and lead updates promptly in CRM (Salesforce)

  • Hand over qualified leads to Real Estate Advisors with full context for closing

  • Work toward agreed daily call‑volume and conversion targets

  • Follow up and track progress on leads assigned to the sales team

    Requirements

  • Prior experience in outbound telesales, tele‑calling, or lead generation (BPO, contact center, or direct sales background mandatory)

  • Proven track record of meeting call volume, conversion, or sales targets

  • Strong spoken English with clear, professional phone manner

  • Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and dialer/telephony platforms

  • Experience with high‑ticket products preferred

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s
    degree, or equivalent practical experience
