Qualification for Employment

• A Diploma in Technology in the field of Radiography from a Government Recognized College and who is registered with the Councils where applicable.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Testing patients referred to his / her workplace Maintaining Radiological equipment and equipment in his / her workplace.

• Examining diagnostic quality X-Ray images.

• Keeping patient pictures until the response reaches the doctors who referred the patients.

• Supervising the staff under him

• Providing Advice on Radiology and Radiation activities in his area of work.

• To prepare medical / diagnostic equipment and to supervise equipment cleaning in its work area (sterilization).

• Provide initial training to staff assigned to his / her workplace.

• To perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her by his or her supervisor for his or her education, experience and skills.
