Responsibilities

Organize regular /periodic Monitoring and Evaluations;

Guiding staff on target setting of projects;

Assist departmental staff in performance appraisal;

Prepare evaluation reports;

Assist in performance contracting;

Management of information desks within the Sub-county; and

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as shall be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics, Agribusiness from a recognized institution.

Certificate in Computer application packages.
