Job Description

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify and determine different marketing strategy

  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idealization to execution

  • Work on the Development, management and coordination of all marketing and promotional strategies, brand activations and related activities

  • Manage the development, maintenance and monitoring of brand guidelines, key messages and ensure consistent adherence for all marketing materials and activities

  • conduct regular reviews of consumer trends and customer targets to increase a brand’s marketplace performance.

  • Create and update all marketing tools collateral including, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, advertisings, and sales tools.

  • Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize promotion methods

  • Plan, organize, execute and manage events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, sales training sessions and other company events and programs.

  • Managing the daily sales activities

  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations

  • Maintain updated records on the overall sales and Marketing activities

  • Build strategic relationship and partnership with key stakeholders

  • Prepare feasibility study of new business opportunities

  • Identifying potential clients and Develop/maintain client relationships

  • Contacting potential customers to develop reliable relationships and sales

  • Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods

  • Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales

  • Maintaining a strong understanding, and innovating new ways to serve businesses

  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategy

  • Evaluate marketing strategy and report the performance

  • Building brand awareness & positioning

  • Manage marketing budget & expenditures

  • Undertake other duties as assigned

    •Customer oriented, flexible approach and the ability to foster and encourage this in others,

    •Solution focused with the ability to work quickly, accurately, timeliness, attentions to detail and flexibly in changing circumstance

    •Proven work experience on Real Estate Industry

    •Speaking excellent English language both in written and oral

    •Proven analytical and strategic planning skill

    •Proven Leadership and communication skill

    •Understand customer/partner challenges and findings solutions to them

    •Understanding the business model

    Education & Experience

    Education

  • BA in Marketing Management and other relevant or related field

    Experience

  • 5 years and above
