Taita Taveta County Assistant Programmes Officer Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities 1. Assist in developing and implementing programmes strategize, work plans including
monitoring and evaluation plans.
2. Collection, analysis and presentation of information required for Programme
development and implementation.
3. Assist in developing and implementing project communication strategies.
4. Track and report on Programme implementation and fund utilization.
5. Assist in preparation, filing, compilation and dissemination of documents/ materials
relating to programmes.
6. Support knowledge building and sharing by participating in trainings and
contributions to knowledge networks.
7. Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisors
Requirements for Appointment 1. Diploma in Business or Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences and
Social Sciences and project subject related area would be desirable;
2. Ability to effectively use all MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and other web – based platforms (e.g. Google Docs).
3. Knowledge of relevant technical sectors ( e.g. emergency relief & disaster risk
management)
4. Membership in a recognized professional body.
