And we’re just getting started! We’re in the process of scaling our platform to accommodate hundreds of millions.

We're looking for a Team Leader to help grow our sales and support team.

Responsibilities

  • Team leader
  • Review all customer support communication
  • Identify and improve quality of team communication
  • Manage team scheduling
  • Conduct regular team meetings
  • Listen to and mentor the team
  • Motivate team through coaching, reviews, management and recognition programs
  • Review support metrics such as customer happiness & resolution time
  • Maintain online support knowledge base articles
  • Work closely with development and product teams to ensure long-term customer success
  • Identify and escalate technical support tickets to development team when required
  • Know every detail of Sync, and understanding how all Sync users use the product
  • Ability to jump in and assist with customer support and onboarding as required (escalations)
  • Customer ambassador
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and cover shifts as required

    Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage or lead a team required
  • 4+ years
    of systems administration or technical support experience
  • A deep understanding of computing systems, the cloud and hosted services
  • Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android up to systems administrator level
  • Experience supporting or maintaining computers and networks in a small business environment
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a non-technical way
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong listening skills to facilitate issue resolution
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven project / time management experience
