And we’re just getting started! We’re in the process of scaling our platform to accommodate hundreds of millions.

We're looking for an Account Representative to help grow our Business Pro product line.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for our small business customers (email, live chat and telephone)
    Setup and support successful Sync rollouts
  • Ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction with focus on our Business Pro product
  • Assist with general sales and on-boarding questions
  • Identify technical issues and escalate to technical support
  • Identify billing issues and escalate to billing team
  • Internal and external Sales prospecting to identify and convert potential Business Pro leads
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade and upsell
  • Knowing every detail of Sync, and understanding how small businesses use the product
  • Customer ambassador

    Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales or client service experience
  • Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a non-technical way
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong listening skills to facilitate issue resolution
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A deep understanding of computing systems, the cloud and hosted services
  • Self-starter
  • A desire to make customers happy
