Role Description

The Head Teacher role is a full-time on-site role in Kampala, Uganda. The Head Teacher will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the school, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, curriculum development, and educational leadership (60%) and teaching responsibilities (40%). The Head Teacher will also manage communication with parents and community members and promote the school's values and ethos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• Curriculum Development and Pedagogy skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Experience in educational leadership and management

• Must have strong and fast computer skills (primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook)
