Superior Homes Sales Representative – Arcadia Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell sustainable products, engage customers professionally, and support shop operations while driving growth in renewable energy and building solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Sustainable Shop products, generate leads, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets

  • Engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable renewable‑energy and building solutions

  • Maintain strong knowledge of LGS building systems, solar products, heat pumps, inverters, batteries, and sustainable technologies

  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and technical specifications

  • Provide basic technical guidance on solar systems, electric mobility, rainwater harvesting, and bioplants

  • Follow up on leads and quotations, convert enquiries into sales, and build strong customer relationships

  • Support daily shop operations by maintaining displays, cleanliness, order, and compliance with procedures

  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, sales, follow‑ups, and stock; support stock monitoring and reconciliation

  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences; provide feedback on new technologies and opportunities

  • Attend product and sales training, participate in promotions and exhibitions, and comply with
    company policies

    Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Construction, Renewable Energy, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience

  • Strong positive attitude, self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Excellent sales, communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills with proven ability to meet targets

  • Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn and explain sustainable products confidently

  • Energetic, ambitious, professional, and results‑oriented, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
