Job DescriptionSunsisters Trading PLC is looking for a competent, motivated, experienced IT Officer to join the organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
The IT Officer will take care of the day- to-day support and troubleshooting of all software and equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, and copier and telephone lines).
Duties and Responsibilities
IT Security
Consulting new technology and solution to assist the business
Website: Hosting, including liaising with web designers
To assist with installation of ERP.
Configuration and Troubleshoot server issues
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically Give remote support to users. (telephone, any Desk or TeamViewer)
Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues,
Assures system stability and security Analyzes problems and implement solutions according to relevant procedures Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Demonstrate good social skills in a professional environment.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware, Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools,
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware,
Required Experience: Mid-Level (2+ - 5 years’ experience)
