Summary of Position MissionResponsible for managing suppliers, brokers forward and transport companies bringing foreign product to Vermont, lading all aspects of the process, ensures that all import and export activity and record keeping related to are in compliance with federal regulation by working with relevant agency (BATF, Comers Department, State Department, US Customs etc.) Establishes and maintains proper producers and policies for these areas.
Key Responsibility
Work with suppliers and agents to arrange proper in-transit permissions on shipments to various locations.
Responsible for the companies’ import permit and export license process.
Prepare various import/export/suppliers form for submittal to various agents.
Prepare required documents for suppliers.
Managing all necessary document processed
Works with GOV’t agencies when they arrive in the facility.
Perform periodic audit.
Prepare purchase orders post international shipments in company ERP (Solar Soft) and keeps them maintained.
Enters bills in to accounts payable system for payment
Prepare the end of year report
Research document required for export sales orders to make sure goods can be exported
Prepare export documents working with forwards and customer to ship out
Backup to compliance /traffic/ procurement position as needed
Actively participate and support the 5s process with in the work area on daily basis.

Checking contract detail rules and sign
Following and checking dollar credits
Market searching
Abroad price negotiation and decide
L/C opining follow up
Following cargo arrivals status
Job Requirements
Qualification
BA or above in marketing and sales, business management or other related fields
Experience
5+ years in similar or relevant positions
Language
Fluency in English is essential
Knowledge
Computer literacy is essential
