Propose of the position:-

Carefully overseeing all areas of salon operations, a salon manager’s role is to ensure that their business is performing at or above standard.

Job Requirements

Required education

BA in Business administration or diploma having the appropriate qualification and experience for the required position

Experience

3 years and above

Required skills and knowledge

Able to lead by example, recruit and train staff, promote marketing specials, identify areas for improvement, and keep an eye on team productivity.

Able work flexible full-time schedules that include evenings and weekends.

Salon managers lead, monitor, and analyze the daily operations of the salon establishment under their care.

Keep a strong client base and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure the facilities are well-maintained. As the manager, enforce policies that require the cosmetologists to work in high diligence.

Provide a full range of the services offered by salon, including cutting, styling, waxing, or what the salon offers.
