Sun King Store Executive - Sokoto Jobs in Nigeria




The Store Executive will ; Ensure overall performance targets of the store are met in terms of quality and quantity. The role involves inventory management, reporting, repairs, and customer service to support Sun King’s retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Receive stock and track inventory from warehouse.

  • Manage and issue stock according to FIFO standards.

  • Dispatch stocks as required.

  • Maintain and update stock cards.

  • Provide off‑the‑shelf sales details when needed.

  • Maintain online Goods Received and Goods Issued logs.

  • Perform daily cycle counts on stock.

  • Receive faulty stock from the field and consolidate for disposal.

  • Conduct monthly stock take.

  • Manage spare parts inventory and re‑orders.

    Reports

  • Prepare daily on‑hand stock reports for stakeholders.

  • Report daily issued stock for replacement or replenishment.

    Repairs

  • Manage repairs and spare parts.

  • Take custody of repair tools and kits.

  • Perform basic checks on faulty units before replacement.

  • Conduct basic repairs on in‑warranty returns.

    Store Management

  • Ensure the center is tidy and shop floor arrangement is per SKU.

  • Maintain neatness at the repair workbench.

  • Observe safety procedures to prevent hazards.

  • Welcome walk‑in customers and provide assistance.

  • Receive faulty components, identify issues, and verify warranty eligibility.

  • Assist Energy Officers and coordinate with Call Center to resolve customer queries.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum 2 years’ hands‑on experience in a
    related role.

  • Effective communication and people skills.

  • Knowledge of Sun King products is an advantage.

  • High integrity with proactive and positive attitude.

  • Strong customer focus and flexibility.

  • Proven report‑writing and problem‑solving skills.

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

  • Territory knowledge is an added advantage.
