Sun King Store Executive Jobs in Kenya; The Store Executive will ensure that the overall performance targets of Sun King Stores in the area are met, both in terms of quality and quantity.

Responsibilities

Stock Management

  • Receive, store, and issue stocks via POS, Angaza, or other systems.

  • Act as single point of contact for all inventory allocated to the area headquarters.

    Customer Service

  • Answer and guide all customers (existing, walk‑in, prospective) to ensure best‑in‑class assistance.

    Reporting

  • Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc reports on:

    Stock holding (weekly).

    Store management (system failures, alarm performance, repairs, security issues).

    Customer service (complaints, warranty claims, 1st screening reports).

    Product availability in the field.

    Asset Management

  • Safeguard company assets to avoid losses and damage.

    Store Management

  • Ensure shop presentation standards: valid trading licenses, cleanliness, floor arrangement, product handling, OSHA audit certificates.

    Regulatory Compliance

  • Track and update headquarters on regulatory changes affecting store operations.

    Sales Operations Assistance

  • Assist sales team in stock management, sales generation, and maintaining relationships with energy officers and team
    managers.

    Budgeting and Cost Tracking

  • Ensure all shop expenses are tracked and reported.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (customer‑facing and stock management).

  • Fluent communication in English and Kiswahili.

  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel mandatory).

  • Experience using technology (smartphone and web‑based applications).

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Sound judgment, excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
