Sun King Programs Optimization Intern Jobs in South Africa ;The Programs Optimization Intern will assist with tasks related to Inverter Sales, customer payments and tracking processes. The role involves working closely with Sales, Finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial management.

Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Perform inverter sales payment verification and customer debit order onboarding/enrollment.

  • Assist in processing payment confirmations and onboarding debit orders.

  • Coordinate with sales team for timely enrollment of new customers.

  • Support sales payment allocation to correct customer accounts.

  • Work with sales management team to ensure compliance with defined processes.

    Monitoring of Sales & Payment Processes

  • Monitor Sales Tracker to ensure transactions, payments and metrics are accurate.

  • Support sales teams in timely and accurate data tracking.

    Agent Relations

  • Act as point of contact for incentive‑related issues or queries.

  • Ensure timely resolutions to maintain agent retention and satisfaction.

    Reporting

  • Assist in creation and maintenance of reports on payments, sales tracking and agent performance.

  • Work with sales/programs teams to identify trends and areas of optimization.

    Ad‑hoc Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties assigned by reporting line to support Inverter Sales, Agent and Customer programs.

  • Conduct periodic field visits for project evaluation and implementation.

  • Gather feedback from Agents/ABMs/RBMs on field challenges.

  • Support new product
    testing in office and field.

  • Assist in conducting pilots for new products/services.

    Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field.

  • 0–1 year of experience (recent graduates welcome).

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented and organized.

  • Ability to handle confidential customer and financial data.
