About the role:

The production supervisor oversees the TV production team with about 20 operators. You are responsible for the production line running smoothly and meeting the quality standards. You will also ensure that there are enough staff present and follow the health and safety requirements.

What you would be expected to do

Follow and execute the daily production schedule.

Ensure the materials are issued to production line on time.

Ensure the production team assemble the product according to instructions and procedures.

Ensure the finished goods are packed and store in the designated place properly.

Ensure the workplace and clean, well-organized and follow 6S practice.

Provide orientation and production process training to all operators.

Manage staff attendance sheet and discipline

You might be a strong candidate if you

Have a diploma or equivalent qualification

Have 2 years working experience in electronics production field as a supervisor

Possess excellent relational and communication skills.

Possess good computer skill in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Are a good team player and excellent of time management

Posses high integrity and work ethic
