About the role:

The manufacturing project manager is accountable for overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring that all project plans and deadlines are met . In order to do this, they need to be able to comprehend the manufacturing process and have a good working knowledge of consumer electronics; preferably familiar with TV and smart phone manufacturing. They also need to be able
to communicate effectively with cross-function and international team

What you would be expected to do

Guide the local TV/Phone CKD assembly project through all phases including facility construction, line installation and machine commissioning.

Prepare and submit budgets, project plans, and reviews for monitoring, reporting and approvals with stakeholders.

Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects from inception to launch through stage gate process.

Communicate project status and progress to internal stakeholders, and Manage project work to achieve assigned milestones and deliverables

Hire and train a small manufacturing team including but not limited to production, engineering, quality and warehouse.

Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targets.

Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout manufacturing. Work constantly with Quality Assurance

on continuous improvements and provide preventative and correction actions when problems occur.

Manufacturing execution including configuring supply chain, production, scheduling, inventory, logistics, and integration in partnership with our delivery and quality teams.

You might be a strong candidate if you

Have a bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Science related subject.

Possess a minimum of 8 years of project management experience in manufacturing field is required, preferably in TV and Smart Phone manufacturing field.

Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

Are familiar with standard PM tools and templates is required.

Possess the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.

Are proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
