Sun King Experience Center Manager - Platinum Store Jobs in Kenya; The shop experience manager will engage with customers, effectively showcase Sun King products, and drive sales. This role is essential in creating a positive customer experience and achieving sales targets through activities within and outside the experience center.

Responsibilities

Sales Achievement

  • Meet or exceed sales and collection targets set monthly by the Business Manager.

  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates on sales, customer issues, and resolutions.

  • Assist the sales team in stock management, sales generation, and maintaining relationships with brand ambassadors and team managers.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and participate in promotional events to increase traffic, sales, and product awareness.

  • Maintain a customer pipeline from walk‑in clients to ensure conversions.

    Product Knowledge

  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Sun King product range to advise customers.

  • Conduct periodic product knowledge refreshers for brand ambassadors.

    Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional service, answering queries and offering solutions.

  • Escalate pending customer issues for resolution.

  • Guide all customers (existing, walk‑in, prospective) to ensure best‑in‑class assistance.

    Relationship Building

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

    Feedback Collection

  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to management for service improvement.

    Stock Management

  • Receive and issue stocks via POS, Angaza, or other systems.

  • Coordinate with warehouse team for inventory stocking.

  • Manage merchandise and
    adhere to issuance procedures.

  • Handle reverse logistics as required.

    Asset Management

  • Safeguard company assets to avoid losses and damage.

    Reporting

  • Reconcile payments made through Mpesa, PDQ, and other authorized means.

  • Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc reports on stockholding, store management, customer service, and product availability.

    Store Management

  • Manage store keys, alarm system, and safety adherence.

  • Coordinate cleaning and ensure shop presentation standards.

  • Maintain valid trading licenses, OSHA audit certificates, and compliance.

    Regulatory Compliance

  • Track and update headquarters on regulatory changes affecting store operations.

    Budgeting and Cost Tracking

  • Ensure all shop expenses are tracked and reported.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

  • Degree from a recognized institution.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing and stock management
