Sun King Associate Brand Manager Jobs in Kenya; Own brand and performance marketing for EasyCook, Sun King’s pay‑as‑you‑go LPG cooking gas product. Responsible for growing customer usage and loyalty across the EasyCook hub network in Kenya, working closely with commercial and field teams. Reports to the Head of Marketing, Kenya.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customer segmentation strategy and tailored marketing plans.

  • Own and deliver the EasyCook marketing plan, driving engagement and usage.

  • Apply data‑driven, commercially minded decision‑making with disciplined tracking.

  • Develop and manage customer loyalty and retention programmes.

  • Support launch of new EasyCook hubs with branding, activation, and local materials.

  • Develop initiatives to grow EasyCook’s presence with institutional and business customers.

  • Submit marketing execution plans and campaign briefs with clear business cases.

  • Design and manage field incentive programmes aligned to marketing objectives.

  • Brief and manage agencies and vendors for media, activations, and trade visibility.

  • Report on marketing performance and campaign results across the hub network.

  • Collaborate with EasyCook commercial team and cross‑functional partners.


    Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience marketing cooking solutions or comparable mass‑market consumer products with demonstrable commercial results.

  • Entrepreneurial, commercially minded approach with strong analytical skills.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in brand management, category
    management, or trade marketing (FMCG, telecom, financial services, PAYGO, or subscription‑based businesses preferred).

  • Track record of running data‑led marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.

  • Experience designing or managing loyalty, rewards, or incentive programmes.

  • Comfort with revenue and usage metrics such as ARPU and ROI cases.

  • Experience managing field programmes, agent networks, or last‑mile distribution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
