Our client, a leading aquaculture company is seeking to hire a Sales Officer for organic fertilizer to be based in Nairobi, Kenya. He/She will be responsible for Driving sales of organic fertilizers to clients as well as developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. The successful candidate must have a minimum 5 years of sales experience in fertilizer sales for flowers.

Key Requirements:

Driving sales of organic fertilizers to clients.

Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.

Establish and Maintain sales objectives, strategy and plans.

Maintaining an accurate record of all sales.

Prepare and share updates with management and senior executives.

Qualifications:

Relevant bachelor’s degree.

Must have a minimum 5 years of sales experience in fertilizer sales for flowers.

Must have good planning and organization skills, ability to independently prioritize tasks.

Must show demonstrated commitment to professionalism, a strong work ethic, high standards & integrity.
