Our client, Kenya’s leading water sports park is looking for an energetic and outgoing Sales Executive to be based in Karen, Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new markets and client leads and pitching prospective clients while managing the existing client database.

Key Requirements:

Generate sales across all products and services

Meet sales targets as defined by management

Supervise existing sales staff, and agents

Liaise with, and guide existing Marketing Staff

Undertake field visits and meetings to generate sales

Hold a valid driving license

Handle any sales made until realisation

Liaise with other team members about customer booking requirements

Maintain company CRM sales tools and records

Undertake weekly meetings with the general manager

Submit weekly sales reports to the general manager and managing director

Submit monthly sales reports to the directors

Any other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position

Must have impeccable oral & written English communication skills

Must be passionate about water sports activities

Previous sales experience in recreation, sport, or tourism.

An existing client portfolio

Keen on achieving results

Outgoing personality confident to engage with customers.
