Summit Recruitment & Search Logistics Support Executive Jobs in Kenya; Our client, a fast-growing luxury brand in the premium events and lifestyle space, is seeking a reliable and professional Logistics Support Executive.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless transport logistics, timely deliveries, and operational support that upholds the brand’s high standards across events, retail, and hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to clients, retail locations, and event venues.

Provide reliable and professional transport services for executives, staff, and VIP guests.

Support daily operational tasks including pickups, supplier visits, and inventory movements.

Assist with setup and breakdown for brand events, tastings, and activations.

Execute company errands such as procurement, document deliveries, and logistics runs.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and mechanical soundness of the company vehicle.

Keep accurate records of delivery logs, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance schedules.

Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business activities and campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or fleet operations—ideally in retail, hospitality, or FMCG.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; confident navigating urban and peri-urban routes.

Experience working with premium or luxury brands is an added advantage.

Professionalism, discretion, and punctuality in handling executives and high-value goods.

Familiarity with navigation tools, delivery apps, and basic vehicle maintenance.

Ability to multitask, adapt to urgent requests, and manage logistical priorities effectively.

Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.

A proactive, hands-on team player with a can-do attitude.
