Summit Recruitment and Search Strategic Initiatives & Project Manager Jobs in Kenya


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Group CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives supporting business growth and operational excellence.

  • Lead planning and delivery of high‑impact strategic projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and with measurable results.

  • Identify and implement innovative products, technologies, and business solutions to enhance efficiency and competitive advantage.

  • Monitor organizational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools, providing data‑driven insights for executive decision‑making.

  • Drive business process improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance productivity, service delivery, and profitability.

  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and establish project governance frameworks for successful execution.

    Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent certification (required); MBA is an added advantage.

  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, or project management.

  • Proven experience managing complex cross‑functional projects and driving strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.

  • Strong financial analysis, business planning, and performance management skills, with experience using project management tools.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
