Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture trust‑based relationships with architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and corporate clients.

  • Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and forums to expand visibility and networks.

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to convert leads into opportunities and close deals.

  • Collaborate with support teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.

  • Gather client feedback, adjust solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure successful outcomes.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term business growth.

  • Work closely with lead generation, marketing, and product teams to share insights and align campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline progress.

  • Share feedback on lead quality and market trends to refine strategies.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business growth objectives.

    Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
