Summit Recruitment and Search Sales Executive (Construction Sector) Jobs in Kenya; seeking a Sales Executive to generate leads, engage clients, and drive sales of ceiling moulding and interior finishing products. The postholder will identify upcoming projects, conduct presentations and site visits, prepare quotations, and actively pursue opportunities to expand market presence.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Generate, qualify and follow up on leads.

  • Meet prospective clients to understand construction requirements.

  • Recommend appropriate moulding products.

  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations and site visits.

    Documentation & Pipeline Management

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing and sales documentation.

  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline progress and customer feedback.

  • Track competitor activity and emerging market opportunities.

    Market Development

  • Identify upcoming construction, renovation and interior finishing projects.

  • Actively pursue opportunities to supply ceiling moulding products.

    Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

    Experience & Skills

  • Ability to prospect new customers and develop business relationships.

  • Good understanding of construction and building materials market.

  • Ability to engage contractors, developers, architects and industry stakeholders.

  • Confident verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive, organized, persistent and target‑driven.

  • Adaptable to evolving needs of a start‑up environment.
